1. Refund Window
We offer a 14-day refund policy on most digital products from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within this 14-day window. Refund requests submitted after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
2. Eligibility Criteria
Refunds are granted under the following circumstances: the software fails to perform as described in the product documentation, the product is incompatible with your system despite meeting listed requirements, or the product was purchased by mistake and has not been activated or downloaded. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect abuse of this policy.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for: lifetime license purchases (as these cannot be deactivated once delivered), products that have been activated and used for more than 14 days, license keys that have been revealed or redeemed, purchases where the customer changed their mind after downloading and using the product, or products that are discontinued or end-of-life. Additionally, any violation of our Terms of Service voids the right to a refund.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, submit a support ticket through our Support page or contact us directly. Include your order ID, payment ID, and a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be returned using the same cryptocurrency used for the original purchase, minus any transaction network fees.
5. How to Request a Refund
The quickest way to request a refund is by creating a support ticket on our website with the category "Refund Request." Alternatively, you can email us directly. Please include your order ID, the email address used for the purchase, and a detailed reason for your request. Refund requests without proper order identification may be delayed.
6. Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, the processing time depends on the cryptocurrency network. Bitcoin refunds typically take 1-6 hours (depending on network congestion), Litecoin and Dogecoin refunds usually process within 30 minutes to 2 hours. The refund will be sent to the same wallet address used for the original payment unless otherwise agreed. Any transaction network fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount and are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of access to all purchased products. We encourage you to reach out to us first — most issues can be resolved quickly through our support system without the need for formal disputes.
8. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Refund requests are evaluated based on the policy in effect at the time of the purchase. We recommend reviewing this policy before making a purchase.
